WOW! I have never been more shocked and appalled by how I have been treated by a local business in my life. As mentioned in previous reviews, I was also lied to about fees and told that we "held up their truck" so they snuck in extra fees, the men moving told me that was the soonest they could get there due to a morning job. They also hired a third mover, they charged us $80 an hour for him without asking us. When I called the office, they didn't even know where the rate came from, refused to refund any of the hidden fees, and hung up on me several times and would pick up the phone and hang up when they saw my number. They also threatened to pack up and drive off with our stuff, we were on the other phone with the police.

Since I have to give them at least one star in order to leave my terrible review of this terrible company, I will tell you the few good things. The movers were extremely hard working men, however, they were not careful and several irreplaceable items were broken and they listened to inappropriate music and used inappropriate language in front of my children. The company ultimately, after much fighting, DID return $80 of the $300 of hidden fees they tacked on. But I will never use anything but a national company again, after what I experienced.
